Canada Admit was established over 8 years ago by education professionals who recognized two interconnected problems facing Canadian high school students: a lack of personalized academic planning support, and a deeply opaque university admissions process that disadvantaged even the strongest students.
We noticed that students with exceptional potential were struggling academically not from lack of intelligence, but from lack of direction, planning, and the right support structures. And when it came time to apply to university, those same students didn't know how to present themselves. Supplementary applications in particular — required for competitive programs in business, health science, nursing, and engineering — remained a mystery to most applicants.
So we built a consulting practice that combines insider knowledge with genuine, personalized support. Since then, we've guided hundreds of Canadian students to their first-choice Ontario and Quebec universities and programs.

His background spans strategy consulting at McKinsey and health management consulting at Health Management Associates (HMA). Homan holds a bachelor's degree from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School — giving him a uniquely rigorous, insider perspective on what competitive university programs value in applicants.
